Olivia is busy baking up special cookies for Maddie’s upcoming engagement party when soap star Trevor Lane shows up unexpectedly in town. It soon becomes clear that Trevor, who grew up in the neighboring town of Twiterton, left behind a number of enemies with long memories. Even Trevor’s assistant and childhood friend, Dougie, seems to harbor a grudge against him.

Hi! I'm Virginia Lowell, and Cookie Dough or Die was the first book in my Cookie Cutter Shop series. I had a great time writing the story. I mean, decorated cookies and murder, what could be more fun?
I grew up surrounded by shelves of mysteries, which my mother collected. She loved those wonderful British cozies with quirky characters, a light touch of humor, and gallons of tea. I do, too. Cookie cutters have always fascinated me, as well. They seem to have personalities of their own, and sometimes they tell a tale.
